Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP)
The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is a state mandated document detailing the planned work activities for the Palouse Regional Transportation Planning Organization (RTPO).
Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP)
Palouse RTPO, is required by state regulations to develop a Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP). The RTIP is the financial plan that identifies and prioritizes federally funded and regionally significant transportation projects to be carried out in Asotin, Columbia, Garfield and Whitman counties.
Long Range Transportation Plan
The Palouse Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) is a multimodal long range plan that establishes the strategic framework for meeting the PRTPO’s current and future transportation needs.
Coordinated Public Transit- Human Services Transportation Plan (CPT-HSTP)
The Palouse RTPO is required by the WA state law to complete a Coordinated Public Transit – Human Services Transportation Plan (CPT-HSTP) every four years. The CPT-HSTP is a plan that identifies transportation needs of public transportation agencies and users such as seniors, persons with disabilities and persons with low incomes; provides strategies and activities to address those needs, and prioritizes regional projects for funding of local public transportation agencies.
