Transportation Policy Board
The Transportation Policy Board directs and operates the Palouse RTPO. Membership in the Palouse RTPO may be granted to entities located within the counties of Asotin, Columbia, Garfield, and Whitman, which represent counties, cities, towns, major employers, WSDOT regions, transit districts/agencies, port districts, higher education institutions, tribes, and airports. One representative from each member entity shall comprise the Transportation Policy Board. The Transportation Policy Board meets quarterly on the second Tuesday of the month beginning in March each year (meetings held in March, June, September, and December annually), from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Meetings are held via zoom with the exception of the annual board meeting in June, which is held in person and rotates it’s location.
